How long does a project take?
Most projects are completed in about 7 days after receiving your content.
What is included in base pricing?
You get a custom static site, mobile optimization, basic SEO, and launch support.
Do you have testimonials yet?
SapienHQ is new, so we do not invent testimonials, borrow client logos, or make claims we cannot prove. The process is documented through clear scope, transparent pricing, and review before final payment.
Can the price change?
The standard website package is $80 total. If a project needs a larger custom scope, any change is discussed clearly before work begins.
How do payments work?
The $80 total is paid in two installments: a $40 to begin production, then $40 when the website is done so you can receive the finished website.
Why is 50% paid before production?
The first 50% payment starts production and reserves project time for planning, setup, design, and early build work.
What does done mean?
Done means the agreed website pages, mobile layout, basic SEO setup, and launch-ready files are completed for review and delivery.
Who registers the domain?
You register and own your domain name. SapienHQ deploys your website code to your domain.
Do you offer edits after launch?
Yes. Reasonable revisions are included before launch, and optional maintenance/updates are available after launch.
